The Firm advises these companies on infrastructure and green-field projects in sectors such as highways, mines, ports and airports. The Firm has also advised infrastructure companies on projects executed by them in Central Asia and other neighboring countries. The Firm has advised investors, developers and infrastructure companies on the development of Trade Parks/ Special Economic Zones (SEZ’s) throughout the country. It has also recently acted as the legal advisors for the Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor Project which involved the development of over 22,000 acres of real estate in the Bangalore and Mysore region.
