SHARAD BHANSALI (Ex-IRS, MA, MBA, LL.B.)

Mr. Bhansali is a specialist in WTO matters and has worked in several capacities in the various Ministries including the Ministry of Commerce. Mr. Bhansali has also assisted Indian exporters as well as the Government of India in several cases of anti-dumping, anti-subsidies and safeguard measures in foreign domains like USA, European Union, Turkey, Egypt, China and South Africa. Mr. Bhansali has represented India in several WTO matters on a wide range of issues including that of market access, tariffs and non-tariff measures, anti-dumping & countervailing duties, valuation, FTAs, etc. and continues to advise the Government of India on various trade negotiations in WTO. He has also been appointed as a UN expert to draft the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy laws for Nepal and also for training of officials from developing countries.
